Westover had a fantastic meet at the 2022 CISAC Conference Championship, hosted by MacDuffie School in Granby MA. Four schools participated in the meet: Westover, Hamden Hall, MacDuffie, and Christian Heritage. Westover won the meet with a near-perfect score of 18 points! 

Jenna Nahas, class of 2024, placed 1st with a time of 23:27. Sina Renner, class of 2024, ran her fastest 5k of the season, placing 2nd with a time of 23:47. Elizabeth Schretzenmayer, team captain, class of 2023, also ran her fastest 5k of the season, placing 4th with a time of 25:04. Gloria Chu, class of 2024, placed 6th with a time of 26:38. Lucy Li, class of 2025, placed 7th with a time of 26:43. Shreny Shrestha, team captain, class of  2023, ran her fastest 5k of the season by over two minutes, placing 13th with a time of 28:20.

Westover would like to thank MacDuffie School for a memorable race on a beautiful cross country course. Westover looks forward to its next race on Friday, November 4, the 2022 HVAL Conference Championship at White Memorial Park in Litchfield CT.
