Commitment from the Board of Trustees in partnership with the Alumnae Association Board of Governors

The Board of Trustees is committed to incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion as part of the very fabric of Westover’s culture. As a board, we have committed significant time and resources over the past several months to understand, reflect upon, and discuss the climate of inclusion and tolerance at Westover and what we can do better. We are proud to partner with Westover’s faculty, staff, and administration and the Westover Alumnae Association Board of Governors in this important work and to establish a framework where DEI is central to our ability to support Westover’s mission to “Empower young women to lead lives of consequence.”
