Westover's Comeback Falls Short Against Wooster
Westover returned home this past Saturday for a home HVAL contest against Wooster. This was a huge game in the league standings as both teams were tied at the start of the day. Wooster came out on fire building an early 11-3 lead. Riding that momentum they built a 35-16 lead and looked poised to run away. However, Westover continued to fight. Donw 18 to start the fourth, Westover chipped away at the leadm cutting the deficit to 7 with 2:30 remaining in the fourth. Sophie posted a season high 20 points in the effort but they could not overcome Wooster. They fell 44-36.
