Westover Hosts Watkinson for a Key League Contest
With post-season seeding at stake for both teams, Monday afternoon's contest at the Fuller Athletic Center began a 6 game, 14 day stretch for the home team. A tight first quarter set the tone for the day as Watlinson was able to forge a 13-9 lead. With their perimeter shots falling, the visitors expanded their lead to only 31-17 at the half. A tough thrid quarter swung the tide over to Watkinson as they would build a large lead, but Westover showes great persistence and continued to chip away. The visitors went home with just a 58-36 win.
