Wildcats vs Wooster

Coach Sandi
In a near sweep, the varsity team beat Wooster in a 6 - 1 win over our HVAL rivals. IN @ S1, Paige nearly overcame Kathryn, who is one of the best singles players in the league.  @ S2 Jenny traded game for game and worked her way around her net charging opponent.  Sally @ S3 and Kami @ S4 both won 8 - 4, staying focused on their opportunities and taking their points when they came.  Lilly & Kitty at D1 worked seamlessly as a team, communicating and putting balls away at every opportunity with an 8 - 6 win. Olivia and Lilian @ D2 and Yolanda and Aileen @ D3 made quick work of their opponents, both prevailing at 8 - 2.
We were so fortunate to get this league match in despite the drizzle that came and went.  Great job team not only for the win but for staying focused through the distractions and the incoming cold. So proud of you!
